MEMOTONEWS - Opportunity material in Mathematics is often difficult for students to understand in grade VIII SMP, because it was not previously taught in SD. Therefore, a special strategy from the teacher is needed.
Candidates for Driving Teachers of SMP PGRI 1 Cilacap Rochayati, have a different way, inviting students to learn about opportunity material by playing snakes and ladders, Tuesday (13/4/2021).
By implementing strict health protocols and a limited number of students, the learning is carried out in the school library room. They were immersed in the fun of the game.
According to Rochayati, the opportunity material is usually taught by teachers by practicing ordinary money or dice lottery, then calculating the value of the odds.
"We pack this time with a game of snakes and ladders, so that the students are more interested because there are challenges, "Rochayati explained. Dhian is one of the students who took part in the learning men.
"It's fun because I learn while playing snakes and ladders with my friends. I'm already tired of studying at home alone. This makes learning mathematics fun and easy to understand," said Dhian.
The Driving Teacher Assistant Heni Purwono, who observed the learning in individual mentoring, revealed that the Driving Teacher candidate is currently practicing learning
"I see quite good progress through the Candidates for Driving Teachers in Cilacap Regency. They have paid attention and made the learning atmosphere comfortable for all students, "said Heni
